But thanks to a new awareness campaign, Norwich City's football stars have also learned what to do if they encounter somebody in heart difficulty.

Members of the club's first team squad have taken part in a session with the East of England Ambulance Service Trust to learn CPR.

The hour-long session was part of the trust's Restart a Heart campaign, which aims to increase awareness of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests and maximise the number of people able to help in these situations.
