Tamara McDowell died at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (N&N) on October 23 last year, more than a month after being admitted.

The 29-year-old, who lived in Norwich, was taken to the N&N on September 10 after being found unresponsive at a party due to diabetic ketoacidosis.

She spent a period in the critical care unit at the hospital before being moved onto a ward.........
