Each year, the NHS asks patients for their experiences at their local doctors in a survey published earlier this month.

The questionnaire asked patients about their experiences and how satisfied they were with the care received at their GP.

And the results have revealed the practice with the greatest level of satisfaction - and where patients are least pleased with their care.
