Developers first applied to build the homes in Brundall in 2023 but their plans were refused because Broadland and South Norfolk District Council were concerned about overdevelopment.

The application was then resubmitted with proposals for two bungalows and two two-storey houses, along with garages, parking and garden space on land at Oakhill.
