Mum's battle for independence after 'agonising pain' on wedding anniversary
Kat Wright, 37, was diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a condition that can cause very flexible joints.

But for the last three months, her life has shrunk to the walls of her home after spinal spasms caused her pain she describes as "worse than labour" on the weekend of her 12th wedding anniversary.
She said: "It was so traumatic. I was screaming I was in so much agony. I needed air and gas assistance from the paramedics while they helped me down the stairs."
