Uchenna Okirie, who is also known as Uche, is believed to have been a current or former student at the University of East Anglia - although the university has said it cannot find records for him.

Mr Okirie, who was Nigerian, last year published a paper under the university's name about the effect of climate change on health outcomes in sub-Saharan Africa.
