Fears plans for massive new retail store could cause 'traffic chaos'
But a bid for TK Maxx could be giving shoppers more than they bargained for.
An application to build a TK Maxx at Longwater Retail Park in Costessey was lodged earlier this year.

Developers for the major clothing store - Bullen Properties Limited - proposed building it on 4.1 acres of brownfield land adjacent to Next, off William Frost Way in Costessey.
