Leader says people need to 'find a sense of humour' after solar farm video criticised
Kay Mason Billig, leader of Norfolk County Council, defended Daniel Elmer in the wake of criticism over a South Norfolk Council-produced video he appears in.

The video - a parody of the popular video game Grand Theft Auto - showed Mr Elmer, South Norfolk Council leader and also a county councillor, pretending to use a rocker launcher to 'blow up' a solar farm and a pylon.
The idea of the video was to highlight how the authority is trying to protect quality farmland from applications for energy infrastructure and........
