Officers were called at around 7.45am this morning to a claim that a man on St Stephens Street, near Jonathan Trumbull, had a weapon.

A Norfolk Police spokeswoman said armed officers arrested a man in his 40s on the pavement outside the designer clothes shop at 8.15am.
