New rules for food waste and recycling to end bin collection 'postcode lottery'
From April 1, households and companies with more than 10 full-time employees will need to separate their rubbish into four containers: residual, non-recyclable waste; food waste; paper and card; and other recyclable materials, like plastic, metal and glass.
