Poul Hovesen is the farm manager at Salle Farms Company near Reepham and farming director of Holkham Estate.

And he formally took over the reins as the figurehead of the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA) during its AGM on April 15.

Mr Hovesen, who hails from Denmark, takes over the role from departing president Lady Philippa Dannatt, the Lord-Lieutenant of Norfolk.
