New Delhi: For young and passionate football enthusiasts in the country, News9’s Indian Tigers and Tigresses has proven to be the perfect platform, giving them a chance to see their dreams come true. The football talent hunt, which in itself became a historic thing, managed to pick and choose the bundle of emerging talent in football from the nooks and corners of the country.

Beginning with an initial shortlist of 50,000 teenagers, the scouting process pruned to 10,000 talented boys and girls. As many as 16,000 schools took part in TV9 Network’s historic initiative, which witnessed eight scouting camps being held across major states in India. From the north to the south, the talent hunt covered all the parts, shortlisting 7,000 boys and 3,000 girls finally.
