New Delhi: Team India is staring at a major setback on Day 2 of the third Test at Lord’s as the suspense surrounding the injury to Rishabh Pant has left the fans worried. Pant, India’s ace wicket-keeper batter left the field, on Day 1 after getting injured in the 33rd over of the innings while trying to collect a wayward delivery from Jasprit Bumrah.
He straightaway called on the dugout for some treatment but couldn’t continue due to the discomfort and walked off the field, prompting Dhruv Jurel to come on the field to keep wickets.
