Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke has revived the satirical movement’s “cockroach” slogan amid the dispute between the Bar Council of India and NALSAR University of Law. His latest post followed the BCI’s brief decision to block enrolment of NALSAR’s 2026 graduates after students opposed CJI Surya Kant’s convocation invitation.
New Delhi: Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke has brought back the slogan that inspired his satirical political movement, this time in response to the dispute involving the Bar Council of India (BCI) and NALSAR University of Law.
The BCI had initially directed State Bar Councils not to enrol NALSAR’s 2026 law graduates after students objected to Chief Justice of India Surya Kant being invited as chief guest at the university’s convocation.
Reacting to the decision, Dipke posted on X: “What if all legal cockroaches come together?”
