MG teases new 7-seater electric SUV; likely to be called Hector Tomahawk

MG has teased the upcoming ADAPT-based electric SUV in India and will sit above the Hector in India's lineup. MG is going to launch the SUV on August 26.

New Delhi: JSW MG has teased the upcoming SUV for India, which will be called Hector Tomahawk, as per Autocar India. The official launch date is set for August 26, 2026. In the Indonesian market, it is called the Wuling Eksion; the new SUV will ride JSW MG’s new ADAPT platform.

The Hector Tomahawk will be launched as an all-electric model first and will sit above the Hector in the brand’s Indian portfolio. More details about the pricing are expected to be announced as the launch nears.
