New Delhi: The legendary WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan passed away at the age of 71 on Thursday morning. According to a TMZ Sports report, operators claimed that the emergency call was made about a cardiac arrest and the medical personnel were sent to his residence in Clearwater, Florida, early on Thursday morning.

The WWE legend was reportedly carried out on a stretcher into an ambulance, with several police cars and emergency medical technicians present outside Hogan’s residence. Earlier, Hogan’s wife denied the media reports which suggested that the former WWE superstar was in a coma, but she insisted at the time that his heart was “strong” and that he was recovering well from a series of surgeries.
