The appointment of retired Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra as the first full-time CEO of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Trust marks an important change. Chnage in the way the Ram Mandir institution is likely to be managed.

Mishra retired in April 2026 as Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Indian Air Force’s Western Air Command. He has also held senior operational responsibilities, including during Operation Sindoor.
