New Delhi: State-of-the-art hybrid electric catamaran vessels like *MV Nishadraj* will be deployed, capable of operating in both battery and hybrid modes. The specialty of this vessel is that it will not only ensure zero carbon emissions but also have the capacity to carry around 100 passengers.

Ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections, people in the state are receiving several new gifts. Soon, a Water Metro service will begin in the capital, Patna. For this unique service, the Bihar government’s tourism department and the Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) have signed an agreement. With the launch of this service, people will be able to travel safely, comfortably, and in an eco-friendly manner using hybrid electric vessels.
