Video: 6-year-old dies after being slapped by teacher in Visakhapatnam , heart attack suspected

Pranay Teja, who was a student of Little Garden School, a private school, was taken ill inside the classroom itself. A video doing the rounds on social media, showed the boy falling face down, in front of his teacher. The boy was then moved to King George Hospital, where the doctors declared him dead.

New Delhi: In a heartbreaking case reported from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, a 6-year-old boy reportedly died after being beaten up by his teacher at school. The family of the child alleged that the lady teacher beat up the kid for not completing his homework.

A report in NDTV said that the child identified as Pranay Teja, who was a student of Little Garden School, a private school, was taken ill inside the classroom itself. A video doing the rounds on social media, showed the boy falling face down, in front of his teacher.
