Hyderabad: Speeding luxury car rams woman, kills her; MP’s son booked

According to the police, the victim Bharathi Mukhi along with her friend, Pooja Ashok Alone had gone towards the ITC Kohenur area at around 3 pm to get lunch. While returning from there, Bharathi attempted to cross the road near her workplace. As she stepped on the road, the speeding car hit her.

New Delhi: A 26-year-old woman lost her life in Hyderabad after being hit by a speeding sports car on Thursday. The car, an Aston Martin, was being driven by the son of a Member of Parliament, said a report in NDTV. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 21-year-old Lingamaneni Sanjush. He is the son of Rajya Sabha MP, Lingamaneni Ramesh.

Eyewitnesses said that the luxury sports car was being driven at a high speed and in a negligent manner.
