Noida: The Gautam Buddha Nagar Police has rolled out an elaborate traffic plan ahead of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2025, scheduled to take place from September 25 to 29 at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida.

The large-scale event, now in its third edition, will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Russia has been announced as the partner country for this year’s show, which will also be attended by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, senior Union ministers, global industry leaders, and a significant number of international delegates.

With thousands of visitors expected, police have advised motorists to brace for diversions and to plan their journeys carefully.

To maintain smooth traffic movement, restrictions will be in place across expressways and arterial roads leading to the venue. Heavy and commercial vehicles will not be permitted during peak hours, and alternative routes have been arranged to ease congestion.
