NTA to overhaul exam system, 600 experts removed and four-tier paper checks planned

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set for a major overhaul with 600 experts being removed from its examination team and a four-tier system planned for checking question papers.

The changes followed a review by Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi, who directed the agency to strengthen examination security and scrutiny. The NTA later briefed the minister on the steps being taken.
