Kolkata: The third quarter earnings season is on in full swing. After having announced their financial results for Q3FY26, prominent company stocks such as Tata Motors PV, LIC, Bharti Airtel and Hero MotoCorp will be in focus of the investors today. One of he most traded stocks in the market, Bharti Airtel reported a sharp drop in profits in the Q3FY26 period.

LIC, the largest insurance company in the country, posted a 17% jump in net profit which stood at Rs 12,958 crore in Q3FY26 period, triggered by growth in new business and investment income. The amount in Q3F25 was Rs 11,056 crore. During the third quarter of the current financial year, the net premium income of the PSU insurer rose to Rs 1,25,613 crore against Rs 1,06,891 crore in the same period of FY25. Total income of LIC improved to Rs 2,33,984 crore in Q3FY26 period compared to Rs 2,01,994 crore in the same period a year........
