'No Hindu symbols for DMK cadre' DMK MP A Raja sparks row over religious marks

New Delhi: DMK MP A. Raja is once again in controversy due to his remarks encouraging party members to abstain from wearing Hindu religious symbols, like kumkum, sacred ash, and wristbands with religious symbols. His comments have provoked outrage among Hindu groups as well as political opponents. Tamil Nadu BJP has firmly criticised his position and has demanded action from Chief Minister MK Stalin.

In the video, Raja is seen addressing party workers and advising them to avoid religious symbols to avoid confusion between DMK members and those related to the Sangh Parivar. He further........
