New Delhi: A five-year-old girl in Madhya Pradesh’s Shivpuri district was allegedly raped by her 17-year-old neighbour, who also inflicted severe bite marks on her face and private parts. The child has undergone multiple surgeries, including a complex procedure that required 28 stitches. The minor is currently in critical condition at Kamala Raja Hospital in Gwalior, where doctors are struggling to stabilise her.

The horrific incident took place on February 22, when the accused, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, lured the girl from the rooftop of her house to a nearby abandoned building. Once there, he sexually assaulted her and repeatedly slammed........
