New Delhi: A man was allegedly set on fire by his brother and sister-in-law after a land dispute in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur on Thursday. The victim was reportedly tied to an electric pole and brutally assaulted before being doused with kerosene and set on fire.

The deceased, identified as Sudhir Kumar, was believed to have had mental health issues. According to reports, an argument had erupted between him and his sister-in-law, Neetu Devi, the last night. This led to Neetu, along with her husband, tying Sudhir to an electric pole, beating him severely and subsequently burning him alive. A local watchman found the crime and alerted the police, NDTV reported.
