New Delhi: South Africa A nailed down the target of 417 runs in their second innings to beat India A by 5 wickets in the second unofficial Test at the BCCI Centre of Excellence Ground 1 in Bengaluru on Sunday, November 09. After losing the first unofficial Test by three wickets, the visitors bounced back in the second game to end the two-match series 1-1.

Dhruv Jurel’s back-to-back centuries went in vain as the hosts failed to defend a huge total of 416 runs in the game. Jurel, who smashed an unbeaten 132 in India A’s first innings, followed it up with a brilliant 127 not out in the second innings to help the hosts set up a huge target for South Africa A. However, his efforts didn’t prove enough for India A to secure a series-clinching win.
