Can Brain Tumour Be Detected Early? Watch Out For These Silent Signs

Brain tumours are abnormal growths of cells within the brain or its surrounding structures. While some are benign (non-cancerous), others are malignant (cancerous) and may spread to other parts of the brain or spinal cord. Early detection can be particularly challenging because symptoms are often subtle, varied, and may mimic other medical conditions. However, greater awareness of early warning signs can lead to a more timely diagnosis and treatment.

A persistent headache is one of the most common early signs of a brain tumour. These headaches are often worse in the morning and may intensify with coughing, sneezing, or physical activity. They typically do not respond well to standard pain relievers.
