The Iran War: A product of American delusions and Zionist ambitions

“We only have to kick in the door and the whole rotten structure will come crashing down!”

Adolf Hitler, On the eve of his attack on the Soviet Union in 1941

Most wars are the product of ambitions and delusions. However, usually belligerents are armed with both. For example, Hitler invaded the Soviet Union under the delusion that it was an empty shell and would easily be crushed under German boots. Success in that war would have achieved Hitler’s ambition of gaining Lebensraum (living space) and creating a “Greater Germany” that would have stretched from Alsace to the Urals. In contrast, Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu’s war on Iran is a peculiar war. Only one belligerent (the USA) seems to carry the delusions, whereas all the ambition (the creation of a “Greater Israel”) is carried by Israel. Trump, directed by an invisible hand (dare I mention Epstein?), has apparently plunged the USA into a war where it will pay all the costs, while Israel is set to reap all the benefits in the case of success. In order to understand how this bizarre symbiosis was formed, we need to dig deeper into the Zionist ambitions and the American Delusions fueling this war.

It is a testament to the efficacy of their lobbying that American Jews met with nearly complete success in placing the power of the United States behind the Zionist enterprise in 1947. This was no mean victory. The Zionists had won this support in the face of a near-consensus in the highest policy-making circles that President Truman’s support for Zionism would inflict enduring damage on the strategic interests of the United States in the Middle East. The history of US-Israel relations is quite unconventional. Seldom in the history of mankind has this been seen that a smaller power consistently bends the larger power to sacrifice its own interests at the altar of the former’s ambitions. Since 1948, Israel has been the largest recipient of direct and indirect US military and civilian aid. It is the only country in history to attack the US military with impunity and not suffer even a mild rebuke from the global hegemon. It has bled the US taxpayers dry to pay for its genocidal wars, and it has involved the US in damaging and costly wars on patently false pretenses. It’s the only country in the world for which a superpower has made solemn constitutional commitments to not only ensure its survival but also its military dominance over all its neighbors. All the talking points of the USA that are meant to gain the “higher moral ground” for it, like nuclear non-proliferation, human rights, upholding the UN charter, freedom of speech, etc become completely moot (if not openly disregarded and even ridiculed) when it comes to Israel and its actions. This rich history of asymmetrical relations with the USA has given rise to a belief in Israel that it can make the USA do its bidding in all its adventures without even pretending to care about the national interests of the latter. Like a petulant child of an overly indulgent father, all it needs to do is to feign a little bit of crying before it inevitably gets all it wants, and more.

However, Israel is getting more and more insecure by the day despite all its recent “victories”. The events of 7th October 2023 and their aftermath made the following realities clear to the Israelis:

Unlike 1948, the Palestinians of today are never going to be forced to leave their ancestral homeland.

Israel’s failure to force a Palestinian evacuation of Gaza not only demonstrated the iron will of the Palestinians, but it also alienated most of the people of the USA from Israel due to its Nazi-esque cruelty. In the future, with the concurrent emergence of a multipolar world, the US policy of obsequious obedience to Israel might change to a more detached policy with the prioritization of American interests.

Dreams of a “Greater Israel” notwithstanding, Zionists are even losing the “demographic war” (with almost equal numbers of Palestinians and Zionists) in historic Palestine despite the continuous genocidal violence imposed on the Palestinians since 1948.

Consequently, a desperation is evident among the Zionists. A desperation similar to the Nazis in the 1930s, who thought that they needed to claim their Lebensraum quickly, as they were in “a race against time”. Unlike the Nazis, who planned on doing the job themselves, the Zionists want their ambition of Greater Israel delivered to them by American power, wealth, and blood. This ambition can only be realized if the whole Middle East is engulfed in a war of apocalyptic proportions, an Armageddon, that ends up with the “cleansing” of the lands desired by Israel. The Israelis don’t just want to destroy Iran. In their plans, Iran is just the worm required to hook the American fish. Once America, with all its power, brings up its full military might to bear against Iran, it will be easy to redirect it toward other “enemies” like Turkiye. The juggernaut will only stop when a genocide of epic proportions opens Israel’s demographic knot and binds America inextricably with the fate of Israel. In contrast to Israel’s botched genocide in Gaza that brought great notoriety for Israel even in the West and is threatening a decoupling of the USA from Israel (as advocated by intellectuals like John Mearsheimer and influencers like Tucker Carlson), this “American-led” war is designed to stick America in the sunk cost fallacy trap wherein every fresh American loss will only lead to more deeper American involvement in the Middle Eastern quagmire.

It is essential for the realization of Zionist ambitions that the Americans sleepwalk themselves into a horrible and drawn-out war. To put it another way, genocidal synergy can be achieved through the combination of Zionist ambitions and American delusions. Fortunately for the Zionists, the Americans are very well supplied with an important delusion: Iran is another Libya/Iraq. Interestingly, this delusion is believed by both those Americans who are against this war and those who are for it. Their own propaganda has led them to believe that Iran is a despotic dictatorship hated by the vast majority of its people and ruled by a clique of incompetent kleptocrats like Saddam’s Iraq or Gaddafi’s Libya. However, it is clear to objective observers that Iran is vastly different from these regimes. If the layers of Western propaganda can be peeled off, the following truths become evident:

The Irani governing elite is living in austerity, not opulence.

Iran follows a model of collective leadership, not a personal/dynastic dictatorship.

The Irani regime is the product of a popular revolution, not a military/palace coup.

Unlike Libya or Iraq, where nepotism ruled the roost, the Irani elite has been forged through proving its mettle in tough situations, e.g., both the Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and the Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi fought on the frontlines in the brutal Iran-Iraq war of the 1980s. Even more startling is the fact that the former’s father was the President of Iran when he fought on the front like a common foot soldier. Can anyone imagine Barron Trump on the frontlines anytime soon?

The levels of female education and participation in national life in Iran are among the highest in the Muslim world.

Taking all these facts into account makes it clear that instead of resembling Saddam’s Iraq or Gaddafi’s Libya, post-1979 Iran is much more akin to Ho Chi Minh’s Vietnam. Nixon tried to bomb Vietnam into oblivion, and Lyndon Johnson invaded it with hundreds of thousands of troops, but both failed miserably. Vietnam’s resilience was the product of a mixture of ideological and strategic clarity, a competent and meritocratic elite, a very diligent crop of thousands of middle managers and commanders, and a motivated nation willing to endure immense hardships to preserve its honor and independence. This very same mixture is evident in the case of Iran as well. No wonder that the American-Israeli air offensive has failed.

The bold and successful Iranian response alone should be enough for the Americans to come out of their delusions and accept the reality that the cost required to utterly destroy Iran is going to be unbearable for the American people. Iran, like Vietnam, has opted for strategic unconventional warfare. It has prepared both its military and nation for this type of war for decades. If America continues to fall into the Israeli trap and commits its ground forces to Iran, thousands of American soldiers and hundreds of thousands of Iranians will die, the global economy will take an enormous hit, and the prospects of World War 3 will increase exponentially. However, the end result would be another humiliating exit like Saigon 1975. The best strategy for Trump now is to cut his losses, retreat, and try to ensure that America is not led into another pointless war by Israel again. This might be too much to ask from the current Zionist infested leadership of America, though. So, the only way out for the American people is a mass movement that forces the American elite to break free from Zionist shackles and prioritize American interests and lives for a change.
