When it comes to Jaffa Cakes it's usually the 'biscuit or cake' debate that gets people fired up.

But this time there's a whole new Jaffa Cake debacle happening after M&S launched a brand new flavour.

The Dark Chocolate, Lemon & Lime Jaffa Cakes have sparked such an online frenzy that we had to try them for ourselves.

We're all fans of the traditional McVitie's treat and I wasn't convinced these would be anything to write home about - we much prefer milk chocolate in general and wouldn't typically choose the citrus flavours when buying a biscuit/cake.
