There are certain shopping rules I like to stick by, including never running out of bread, tea bags and milk.

I find comfort in knowing that if all else fails, there is tea and toast to fall back on.

But one thing that has been added to my list of 'must haves' over the last year or so is pizza.

With growing teenagers eating us out of house and home, I find it's one of those things that comes in handy when they throw the 'I'm still hungry' card at you two hours after tea.
