My spinach stays fresh for more than a week with one simple storage hack
In a bid to eat a bit healthier, I've taken to buying more of one particular vegetable - spinach.
And as anyone knows the cheapest way to buy is to buy in bulk. A giant bag of the stuff often costs little more than the smaller bags, but then comes the problem of storing it.
Sick of the leaves wilting and turning slimy in the fridge, I decided to follow the advice of a food expert and solve this problem once and for all.
Of course, one way of solving it would be to get the kids to eat some and use it all up........
