This Survey Says Investing in Employee Wellness Can Boost Productivity

Fitness fads come and go, much like fashion trends. Remember when spin classes were the craze? Now it seems like everyone’s doing Pilates. As these fads cycle through the zeitgeist, they leave their mark in other ways, such as changing attitudes toward workplace wellness programs. A new report resurfaces the issue, since it shows broad approval from CEOs in favor of investing in their workforce’s fitness and overall wellbeing. In fact, more than eight in 10 CEOs surveyed said company investments in perks like gym subsidies made their staff more productive. What should you take away from this for your own business?
