The side-hustle conversation is dominated by Gen-Zers. They’re called America’s first true side hustle generation, and the numbers back it up. Roughly a third of Gen-Zers, those born between 1997 and 2012, currently have a secondary income source. Their side hustles are social media-driven and identity-defining.
