BBC Expert Says Failed US-Russia Talks Still Offer Key Insight Into Putin's Mentality
Russian President Vladimir Putin rejected the new draft proposal from the Trump administration.

Donald Trump sent US special envoy Steve Witkoff along with his son-in-law and a senior adviser Jared Kushner to Moscow to present an updated draft of his plan to end the conflict on Tuesday.
