Sir Cliff Richard has shared that he has undergone treatment for prostate cancer in the last year.

During an interview aired on Monday’s edition of Good Morning Britain, the 85-year-old recalled how he received his diagnosis after a routine test.

“I was about to embark on a tour which in fact ended this time at the Royal Albert Hall,” he told Dermot Murnaghan, who is currently undergoing prostate cancer treatment himself.
