Not only are heatwaves uniquely brutal in the UK, but they’ve also come almost back-to-back this year.

To keep safe on sunny days, it’s important to keep your skin covered (wearing hats and high SPF sunscreen can help, though makeup with SPF in it probably isn’t giving you enough protection).
