Netflix gets it, and the latest film to arrive on the streaming platform is a twisty psychological thriller about a high stakes gambler - played by Colin Farrell - in Macau “spending his days and nights on the casino floors, drinking heavily and gambling what little money he has left”.

Tilda Swinton is on the case as private investigator and snappy dresser Cynthia Blithe, and as the trailer, stuffed with a moody reinterpretation of disco banger More, More, More, Colin having an angry moment with a lobster, and plenty of flames suggests, it’s a dynamic affair.
