In recent times campaigns like 100 Days Nasha Mukti Bharat attained great visibility. On such occasions pamphlets are printed, seminars organized, and speeches delivered across institutions. Yet, one uncomfortable question persists. Are these efforts producing real change, or are they merely symbolic gestures that fade with time?
