Here’s what I learned: Justin Trudeau left Mark Carney an enormous economic and fiscal hole that Carney is determined to dig even deeper.
The first conclusion is no surprise. Trudeau’s policies led to a decade of decline in the economy, industrial productivity, investment, per capita GDP, affordability and government finances.
