Geraldine Coult, a customer experience consultant, is celebrating 50 years of service at Awaze, a self-catering accommodation specialist.

The Lowestoft local nicknamed Gerry is the toast of the firm, which she started at on December 1 1975.

She has seen the industry develop from physical brochure-led bookings to holidays supported by apps and artificial intelligence.

To mark her anniversary, the Awaze team surprised the loyal employee with flowers, balloons, and a celebration honouring her dedication.
