Joe Munro, 43, from Blyford, near Halesworth, will take on the Oysho Royal Parks Half Marathon in London on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in support of the British Heart Foundation (BHF).

His decision to run comes five years after open-heart surgery to replace a faulty valve and repair an aneurysm.
