Beccles Carnival, held on August 15 and 16, has been hailed as one of the most successful events in recent years, drawing record numbers of attendees and earning praise from organisers.

Saturday's events took place on the quay and featured a packed schedule including line dancing, martial arts, a dog show, and the Beccles Got Talent live final.

The evening's entertainment continued with Beccles Quay Rocks, featuring an Ed Sheeran tribute by Adam Thomas and Beccles Carnival Bingo Bango, hosted by mayor Joseph Athorn and carnival team member Yazmin.
