The Simonds Local Bus Service 70 is unable to serve Botesdale, near Rickinghall, between 10am and 3pm today because Diss Road is closed for repair works.

The closure affects the section between Hall Lane and the A143 Bury Road, where Suffolk County Council is carrying out pothole repairs.

In an update on X (formerly Twitter), Simonds said it had contacted the council to request access through the closure but had not yet received a response.
