Property bought for more than £1million will help fund council services
Breckland Council has purchased 16-20 Howlett Way in Thetford and hopes to use it to generate revenue and to support a local firm.
The building is home to Peerless Plastics and Coating Limited, which approached the council with concerns about its future when the property was put up for sale.
After research, the council decided to purchase the building to help the business and generate income.
