St John Ambulance has launched a campaign to get builders to open up about their mental health,

It comes after research found 64pc of construction workers in the East of England have suspected a fellow worker was suffering from serious depression, but found it too difficult to talk about.

The research also showed one third of the region's construction workforce is currently struggling, overwhelmed or suicidal.
