Tania James, 48, repeatedly punched her girlfriend to the head and face and dragged her by the hair along the ground in the sustained attack.

Norwich Magistrates' Court was told the pair had previously enjoyed a harmonious seven-month relationship before the violent attack on February 21.

Both had attended a family gathering but James had left suddenly after becoming jealous telling her partner “you were all over her”.
