Martin Fake, 41, and Nathan Reeve, 35, admitted having a significant role in pedalling drugs to addicts on the streets of Norwich.

Both were found with hundreds of pounds when they were arrested.

The older brother sold almost two kilos of diamorphine, a narcotic analgesic used as illicit street heroin, over a 10-month period from February to November 2024.

His younger sibling had been involved in the racket for a shorter period, Norwich Crown Court was told.
