The 16-year-old hid behind trees before dropping his trousers, exposing his genitals and committing a sex act in full view of the “shocked and distressed” young girls.

He was arrested when police responded to a 999 call after the incident in Horsham St Faith on August 12.

The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, also made a series of obscene and sexually lewd remarks to call handlers during phone conversations.
