Paulius Vitas, 33, faced a jail sentence being activated after being caught driving while more than four times over the limit for cocaine.

He appeared at Norwich Crown Court to be resentenced after being convicted for drug driving committed while still subject to a suspended sentence imposed in January 2024.

He had been sentenced to 16 months in prison, suspended for two years, for perverting the course of justice after his attempted speeding scam backfired when he mistakenly named someone already banned.
